TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TP World Tours acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and wholesale service providers, including airlines, coach operators, rail operators, cruise lines and other travel suppliers. TP World Tours' obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and arrange the relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the relevant service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not TP World Tours.

If for any reason a travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider and not TP World Tours. It is important that you and all members of the travelling party are aware of the following Terms & Conditions as they may relate in whole or in part to the bookings held by our agency on your behalf. All reservations are booked subject to the terms and conditions imposed by airlines, wholesalers and other travel suppliers.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, 'Specialty Group Tours' includes all dance, vocal and performance-based group travel packages operated by TP World Tours.

QUOTED PRICES

All prices quoted are correct at the time of issue. Deposits are held against reservations and are not a price guarantee. Prices may fluctuate depending on exchange rates. Further taxes or surcharges may be imposed by third-party supplier.

All prices quoted are subject to availability, fluctuation and supplier terms and conditions which are subject to change without notice.  Prior to final payment being received, TP World Tours reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other third-party suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified in writing by TP World Tours. TP World Tours are not liable if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The advertised prices are as a guide based on per person as per bedding configuration utilizing existing bedding. Should your family be rooming with another family and they cancel from the tour, TP World Tours will amend your rooming and invoice at the time of cancellation to reflect these changes.

SERVICE FEES & SURCHARGES

TP World Tours charges professional service fees for the planning, coordination, administration and management of travel arrangements. These fees cover services including, but not limited to, itinerary planning, supplier sourcing and negotiations, booking management, payment processing, communication with suppliers and travellers, travel documentation preparation, performance and event coordination, travel pack preparation, ongoing customer support and overall project management throughout the booking process.

For Specialty Group Tours, service fees are incorporated within the advertised tour package price. For general travel bookings, service fees may be charged in addition to the quoted travel cost and will be advised at the time of quotation. In some cases, third-party suppliers may provide gross rates that include commission payable to TP World Tours as part of the overall service fee arrangement.

As these services commence immediately upon confirmation of a booking and are progressively provided throughout the planning period, service fees, administration fees and commission amounts are earned as work is completed and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation by the client. This applies regardless of whether travel arrangements ultimately proceed.

TP World Tours invests significant time and resources in securing supplier allocations, negotiating rates, coordinating group arrangements, managing participant bookings and preparing travel documentation well in advance of travel. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be purchased at the time any payment is made to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Please note that change of mind, personal preference and work-related cancellations are generally not covered by travel insurance policies. Customers should read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) carefully to understand their level of cover.

A variety of additional fees and surcharges may also be payable, including cancellation fees, amendment fees, credit card merchant fees charged by third-party payment processors, travel insurance claim processing fees and fees for ad hoc services performed at the client's request and will be quoted to the client at the time.
